5 of Our Personal Tips to Strut Through Your Day with Confidence

You deserve to celebrate the greatness that is so uniquely you – everyday.
Sometimes, we wake up feeling on top of the world and other days we feel a little less than average. That’s normal.
That is why we are sharing our personal, Ellenny insider tips to march straight out the door with the confidence you so rightfully deserve. 

#1 Own your beautiful shape
You are beautiful, and your body is a masterpiece. Knowing how to dress for the body you were blessed with is key to radiating in a confident glow. But, do you know your body shape? Knowing this can really help you dress for your assets, and help accentuate your best features. Not everybody needs to be the same size or measure up to the same proportions. Knowing how to dress in a way that gives you the most confidence is everything. Whether you are an apple shape, hourglass or are taller than average, there is an outfit out there waiting to show you off.

#2 Play to your strengths
Consider your strengths! For those curvy and busty babes, bold, block colours can really accentuate your assets. You might find yourself more comfortable and commanding in a dress over a pantsuit. Other winners include, wrap dresses, high-waisted jeans, belts, off-the-shoulder tops and flattering v-necklines.

#3 Surround yourself with women who uplift your vibe
Having the right energy around you can make a worldly difference to how you feel, each and every day. Surround yourself with uplifting and positive people who just want to see you win, and in turn you want to see them win too. Let’s all win together!

#4 Ignore the nay-sayers 
Others believing in you or not believing in you are not the key ingredients for success. You have all the ingredients within you to WIN! Our advice, quit worrying about what the nay-sayers think about you and just go with what your heart says. Your decisions, views, perception-of-self all boil down to YOU, no one else.. We make an effort here in our team to block out all the noise and only fill our space with the good stuff (which we talk about in point 5!).

#5 Set out positive affirmations
Throw out the words ‘I can’t’. That kind of phrase will disempower you and you deserve to be uplifted! To ensure you walk through those doors with maximum confidence and success, it’s time to give up the phrase ‘I can’t’ and ‘I wish I could’ and replace them with positive affirmations. You CAN do it! We personally love waking up every morning and setting positive intentions for our day. That paired with a little self-love goes a long way.

Our last piece of advice!
Make the CHOICE to believe in yourself! That’s right, it is a choice to believe in yourself. Make the choice today to believe in your unique spark of awesomeness, and that you can do anything you set your mind to. You can achieve this by prioritising you. Make time for your whole self. Body, mind and spirit :)
